Black Drip Vase
This vase was born out of an experiment. I had some left over glazes on my shelf and, to use them all up, I layered them over each other just to see what happens. The result was a gorgeous layered effect of warm glazes. The metallic black glaze drips shine and dim in turn when mixing with the glazes below them.

Made with midrange stoneware clay and lead free glaze.
Stands 5.5 inches tall. 6 inches wide.
Designed for decoration.
